Keith Lemon is Leigh Francis' show name. He is known to the public as Keith Lemon, even his voice is put o. This is to appeal to his audience, as it is original and comical, it stands out. On the show Keith will use slang and swear a lot, this is a transgressive pleasure for the audience. Therefore, appealing to his specific audience of a younger generation (16+) and older at the same time, as he has incorporated slang and swearing. The way he talks really fast gives off the impression that he is always excited, making the show very upbeat and excitable. The programme is all about the relationships between Keith, his guests and the audience. This is show by the way his main two guests are Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton, who he refers them as 'Holly Willoughbooby' and 'Dot Cotton' this successful appeals to his target audience of the ages 16-34.
